A gentle invitation for March

Hello love!

As we stand at the threshold of March, I’ve been thinking a lot about the "invisible load."

For many of us, February was a month of just... holding it all together. Maybe you’ve been navigating the complexities of caregiving, untangling old patterns of self-sacrifice, or carrying a weight that nobody else seems to see.

I know that weight. I’ve carried it as a mother, as a grandmother, and through 30 years of working within our healthcare system here in BC. I’ve learned the hard way that while we are capable of carrying the world, we weren't actually meant to.

Surviving isn’t the whole story.

I want to offer you a different perspective for the month ahead. Instead of adding more to your "to-do" list, what if March was about a "to-don't" list? What if it was the month you decided to stop abandoning yourself in the process of holding space for everyone else?

This is why I do this work. My 16-Week Reinvention Pathway isn’t about "fixing" anything—because you aren’t broken. It’s a trauma-informed, somatic journey designed to help you:

  • Reconnect your body and mind so you can feel safe in your own skin again.
  • Reclaim a voice that may have been silenced by years of "doing for others."
  • Establish boundaries that protect your peace without the weight of guilt.

I am opening just 3 spots for this March.

If you are tired of overfunctioning and ready to move from Overwhelm to Opportunity, I would love to walk beside you. This is deep heart-work, and I show up for it fully, with the steady presence I’ve cultivated over decades of care.

Ready to explore what’s possible? You can book a Sovereignty Connection Call with me here.

There is no pressure—just a safe space to be seen, to exhale, and to decide if this is the season you finally come home to yourself.

You’re not too much. You’re not too late. And you truly don’t have to do it alone.

With love and steady presence,

Erika

P.S. If you find that "noticing" feels a bit uncomfortable at first, know that it’s a normal part of the process. Bringing light to old patterns is brave work. Be gentle with yourself as you start to see the architecture of your days a bit more clearly.

Hello love! I was sitting with the concept of "overwhelm" this week, and I realized something I wanted to share with you. Most of us don’t wake up one morning suddenly exhausted. We arrive there slowly—through patterns we didn’t mean to create and habits that once protected us. Before we know it, our days feel heavy. Not necessarily in a dramatic way, but in a way that feels like we're constantly wading through a thick fog. In my coaching practice, I see this often. We call it "overwhelm,"...

Softness, Return, Integration Hi love, If you’ve been feeling like you’re circling back— to an old pattern, a tender truth, a part of yourself you thought you’d already healed— I want to remind you: You are not behind. You are in process. And the spiral is sacred. This week’s reflection is for anyone who’s revisiting something familiar, but meeting it with new eyes. Softer. Wiser. More attuned. I wrote this piece to honor the quiet power of emotional return. To help you trust the spiral. To...

This season isn’t asking you to perform. It’s inviting you to return—with tenderness, truth, and time. Hello love, There’s a moment in every healing journey when the path stops moving forward. Not because you’ve failed. Not because you’re stuck. But because something inside you is asking to be remembered. This is the moment of return. November invites us into that spiral— not to rush ahead, but to come home to the part of us that still holds truth, still holds tenderness, still holds us. I’ve...
